Heading to the WSL NZ Pro? Here’s what you need to know
Due to the scale of the event and limited access at the venue, there is no public parking at Manu Bay. All visitors from outside the immediate area will need to use the park-and-ride system from Raglan Airfield.
Transport runs only on event ON days, which are confirmed each morning depending on surf conditions. On these days, buses operate throughout the day, moving spectators between the airfield and the event site.
There are two transport options:
- Festival Pass – gives access for all ON days during the event window
- Day Pass – available to purchase at the airfield once the event is called ON for that day
Because the competition schedule is weather-dependent, it’s a good idea to check daily updates before making plans. You can follow along via the World Surf League app or social channels.
Residents within the checkpoint area will still be able to move locally, with access passes in place for vehicles where needed.
