Circus-dance festival wraps up  

Busking Day downtown delighted crowds gathered at the lower end of Bow St last Sunday when Freedom2fly Fest 2025 wrapped up its third annual extravaganza of performing arts.

Fair to say, Mulletman & Mim – a husband and wife team from the South Island who have been street performing worldwide for decades – were one of the highlights with their unique brand of Kiwi comedy, acrobatics, juggling and an impressive bit of foot archery on high.Stilt-walking and magic acts added to the day’s festive flavour  – a fitting finale to a week of live shows and cabaret nights featuring both emerging and established artists from Raglan’s very own circus and dance school.
