Ngāti Māhanga officially open three new buildings at Raglan Holiday Park Papahua

Three new buildings have been officially opened by Ngāti Māhanga/Hourua at  Raglan Holiday Park Papahua.

The buildings include a conference room (whare hui) and two stand alone  four unit accommodation bunk rooms which are available for community groups, school groups, corporate and private functions.

Papahua camp manager Pam Ryan and staff have juggled the demands of a busy holiday season with a tight build schedule and consenting process to successfully complete another stage of building accommodation capacity on Papahua.

The work has been a collaborative one with Waikato District Council, Ngāti Māhanga /Hourua, the Papahua Camp Board, and Raglan Community Board working together to provide recreational spaces and potential opportunities for our communities.
